What is included in the fixed rate?+
Vehicle, fuel, tolls, parking, state taxes, driver allowance and night charges. The only things on top are hotels, meals and monument tickets — unless you opted for an all-inclusive package.
How are kilometres calculated?+
Outstation runs on a per-day kilometre cap (usually 250–300 km/day). For packaged routes like Char Dham or Spiti, we quote a single trip price with no kilometre cap.
Are your drivers experienced in hill driving?+
Yes — all our outstation drivers have a minimum of five years on Himalayan routes and are briefed on the specific route the night before departure.
What happens if the trip extends by a day?+
Extra days are billed at the per-day rate quoted in your sheet. There are no penalties — just the standard rate.
Do you offer one-way drops?+
Yes, for Delhi → Manali / Shimla / Jaipur / Dehradun we have fixed one-way rates. Ask for our latest sheet.
Can we customise the itinerary mid-trip?+
Within reason, absolutely — your driver will coordinate with our operations desk and any difference is settled transparently.
