FAQ

Real questions, straight answers.

Booking & pricing

What does 'all-inclusive' actually mean?+

Vehicle, fuel, tolls, parking, state taxes, driver allowance and night charges. For packages with hotels, also rooms and breakfast. Only personal expenses, monument tickets and unlisted meals are extra.

Do you charge per kilometre?+

No. Outstation trips are quoted as a fixed price for the trip. Local Delhi NCR runs on a flat package (8h/80km or 12h/120km) — beyond that we extend by the hour, transparently.

How do I book?+

Share dates, headcount and rough route via the contact form, WhatsApp or phone. We respond within an hour with options. Booking confirms with 25% advance.

Is GST included?+

Yes — all quoted prices include 5% GST. We provide a GST-compliant invoice.

On the road

Are the drivers experienced for hill routes?+

Yes — we route-match. Hill routes (Char Dham, Manali, Spiti) go only to drivers with a minimum 5 years of hill experience.

Do you provide a backup driver on long trips?+

On Char Dham, Spiti and trips longer than 7 days, a backup driver is included. For shorter overnight runs, it's available on request at a small extra.

Will the Urbania climb Atal Tunnel / Rohtang?+

Yes — the Urbania crosses Atal Tunnel comfortably. Rohtang needs a permit and clear weather; we arrange both when feasible.

Vehicle & comfort

What's the difference between the 9, 12 and 17 seater?+

The 17 is the touring workhorse — captain recliners, tall roof, big luggage bay. The 12 is the luxury layout with foldable tables. The 9 is a first-class business cabin with footrests and a fridge.

Is there AC throughout the cabin?+

Yes, all our Urbanias have ceiling-mounted dual-zone AC that runs even when parked.

How much luggage fits?+

Comfortably — one large suitcase plus a backpack per passenger on a 17-seater. We confirm capacity on booking based on headcount.

Safety & cancellations

Are the vehicles insured?+

Yes, every vehicle carries comprehensive insurance plus a passenger cover.

What's the cancellation policy?+

Free cancellation up to 7 days before departure. 50% refund within 3–7 days. No refund within 72 hours, but the advance is convertible to another date.

What if there's a landslide or road closure?+

We have alternate routing on every major circuit and reroute in real time. If a leg becomes impossible, we refund pro-rata or extend the trip.
